The Homestead is only 2 minutes drive South from Cambridge and 4 minutes North of Lake Karapiro in the Waikato Region of New Zealand, set back off State Highway One down a long welcoming tree lined driveway, is private and has breathtaking rural views to the North East. The Homestead B'n'B or Self Catering Accommodation is only 1 1/2 hours drive from Auckland and the Auckland International Airport to the North and Taupo to the South, 1 hour to Tauranga on the East Coast and Rotorua to the South, 9 minutes to Maungatautari Mountain Reserve and 15-20 minutes drive from Hamilton International Airport, Hamilton City and Mystery Creek Fieldays.

 

 

The Homestead Bed and Breakfast sleeps up to 4 guests, or for Self Catering Accommodation it sleeps up to 6 guests + 2 small children on squabs: All rooms have tranquil views of the garden. The original bathroom is guest shared, breakfast is served in the large dining room with open fire, receives the morning sun and has glorious views out through both sets of window seats overlooking the garden, fields and hills beyond.

Must be booked for a minimum of 3 nights for Self Catering Accommodation
Free cot for smaller child
A deposit of 50% is due when making booking
Balance due 1 month prior to arrival
Bond of NZ$300 per week is payable & refunded 1 week after departure
